Detch Jennings Drum Sessions
Cats: Euphonic, Sessions|Last weekend, we started the drum tracking for new Studio 2.0 artist Detch Jennings. Check the post below for more info on him!
We started with the track “Calling On Hope” and moved onto “Mother Dearest”. After a couple hours we finished the session with the tracks “Just Words and Music” and “Wake Up”.
Detch Jennings’ roots are mostly in metal, but fans of acoustic rock are going to have to check this one out. We’re talking Bad Religion and Rise Against style harmonies, hooky rhythms and catchy melodies. We’ve got the ball rolling with Detch Jennings, and we sure as hell can’t wait to see where it rolls.
We hired Justin Forfar of local punk band 48 Caliber to hammer off the drum tracks, and as always, he nailed each and every song.

I’ve been following this amazing new artist and am anxiously awaiting the EP he is working on with you guys. Can’t wait to hear the finished product. When will Detch be doing more open mics???? Soon I hope!

OMG i can’t wait to hear Wake Up with a full band behind it!! i’m so excited for this ep i wanna scream!! and yes it would be awesome if you kept us posed on any more open mics!

I’m so happy your doing everything you said you would do.
You have inspired me to write some music myself,and made me believe that you can make it happen if you have passion in it, and really want it. I am taking some guitar lessons and vocal classes to help me. Writing music is what I love. I hope to be like you.
I would love to go to an open mic and hear your awesome music sometime. Don’t let anything get in the way of your success! Looking forward to more music awesome detch tunes
